Every Body is different. People metabolize food at different rates. Take a metabolic test to determine which type you are. Fast = Protein type. The majority of your meals and snacks should be a protien with some fats and some carbs to help balance. Your body breaks down foods quickly, eat small meals and small snacks roughly every 3 hrs.
